I've recently collaborated with Azazie, a custom fitted, special occasion dress shop! They make gorgeous tailored dresses. They specialize in bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and mother-of-the-bride dresses. How gorgeous is this royal emerald jewel tone color?! Ahh I love it so much! Another thing I love about it, it absolutely fits like a glove! The best thing about Azazie is that they custom fit the dress specially to your curves because they know that every woman is unique!

Hey everyone--

Wearing red always makes me feel like a million bucks. It's very glam and makes a fierce statemement. Everyone needs a little red dress in their closet. This Deb Shops dress is the perfect dress for feeling fabulous. It's also a great transition look for your summer to fall wardrobe. I chose to dress it down by wearing strappy flats and a black tote. 

To accessorize, I paired the look with a flashy cocktal ring, a chunky statement necklace, black cat-eye sunnies and a black hair wrap.. you know just the essentials. When wearing a hair wrap, I feel like a vintage maven. It really adds a touch of glamour to an everyday look.

Hey everyone--

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I have so much to be thankful for. It's been wonderful spending time with my family and eating wonderful meals. I'm so excited for the upcoming month of Holiday fun!

With Deb Shops, I wanted to create a layered look that would compliment wine colored pants. All autumn, I'd been pining over wine colored pants. This Deb Shops pair is my favorite that I've found. To compliment the color of the pants, I paired them with a denim button up. I love the denim blue color combined with the wine color. Then, I added an Aztec print cardigan and brown lace up boots. & to accessorize I threw on my favorite cloche hat!

Sweater weather is here and today I'm showing off one of my favorite sweaters. This cream and fuzzy Deb Shops sweater is extremely cozy and cute! I'm also loving the pale pink color trend for fall. It's such a surprise color for the cooler weather and it's always been a favorite shade of mine. These pink riding pants are comfy and the perfect pant for tucking into fall booties. To layer the outfit, I added a deep plum jacket to add a little more color to the look. & For shoes, I chose these adorable, tan booties because the color reminds me of yummy caramel candies.

Hey friends--

I've had quite a busy week and this week might be even busier! However, I'm not of out of energy yet. Right now, I'm on a cleaning/organizing spree. My room might thank me. I haven't lived at home in two years. It's strange coming back and making room for new things. My home is always so peaceful. I'm happy to be away from the big city for a few months. Although, I will deeply miss the window shopping and city strolls that I've become so accustomed to.

I just moved out of my apartment and I'm so thankful that I have the family that I do. My parents helped me so much and they always go above and beyond for me. I didn't realize that I had so many things! It took a lot longer than expected to load everything up. I am so blessed to have all of things that I do. I pray that thankfulness and gratitude will be in my heart everyday. I'm very thankful for all of my blessings that I'm counting tonight!

Hey guys--

An outfit post is long overdue.. I do apologize! However it is now my summer vacation, so i will now be posting weekly! I have some really fun recipe and outfit posts planned for the summer. I'm pretty excited.

 I hope your May is off to a lovely start. This past weekend was the May gallery hop in my city, such perfect weather and a great time. Browsing through all of the little shops made me nostalgic for New York City. I've found myself daydreaming about October.. hopefully a trip to NYC is in store! I will be one happy girl.

Luck Be A Lady

Hey everyone--

I just got back from a lovely trip to Florida. Not needing tights was such a pleasant surprise!

The weather was incredible, the pina coladas were delicious and the family time was precious. It's always nice to take a girls trip and reconnect. However, my body has not wanted to adjust from the warm 80's weather to the bitter 20's weather. I'm envious of all of you Floridians.

So guys, this skirt is from SWAYCHIC. I love the cut and color and it's one of those feel good pieces. I love wearing a skirt that moves with the wind and flows out around me while I walk and I always feel so pretty and feminine in chiffon. SWAYCHIC has a great collection of skirts and dresses, I'm definitely recommending them to all! They really do have adorable items. Dinner, Darling

Hey everyone--

I hope the beginning of your new year has been bright! My Christmas break has been so wonderful. I do not want to go back to my busy schedule. I've grown to love sleeping next to the Christmas tree and visiting my family everyday. 

This week will consist of early classes, bundling up at the bus stop and fighting the snowy winds on campus. However, I will be starting a new internship and a new volunteer position. & I must say I'm excited! From this day forward, I will be cherishing the winter mornings where I can watch the snowflakes fall from my warm bed. Happy Sunday friends!
