I just have to tell you more about IfChic. It's seriously the coolest process! I've gotten some of my friends to register and try it and they've all had a lot of fun shopping with their ifchic coins!

 IfChic is an online fashion site that handpicks their products from the hottest designers and allows you to shop using ifchic coins. You can collect ifchic coins just by browsing the website! 

Step 1: Register at ifchic.com 

Go to the website and click register, then enter your information!

Step 2: Start collecting ifchic coins

You will see a moving coins as you browse the website. Click on the coin to get your ifchic points! You can collect up to $6 per day! You can save $180 per month on your orders in just the coins alone! 

... I know it sounds too good to be true!

Step 3: Spend your coins

On the 24th of each month, IfChic has their big shopping event where you get the chance to spend your ifchic coins! It's the best part!

Hey friends--

It has been a rough couple of weeks here lately. Thank you, thank you to all who have sent well wishes! 

Brrrr it's also been so cold in my little corner of the world. I have to layer up every morning before leaving the house. I love finding cozy pieces like this cape/poncho that makes bundling up look a little cuter. Plus it makes me feel like I'm wearing a blanket all day & I am A-okay with that.

This lovely sweater is from Charlotte Russe. I'm swooning over it right now! I did wear it last week in honor of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. I saw so many great pieces for this fall. What were some of your favorite looks?

Hey everyone--

It's been feeling a bit dreary here. I've never been as cold in my whole life as I have been this week. Braving the cold winter winds on campus is taking it's toll on me! All I want to do is crawl into bed, watch Hart of Dixie and stuff my face with cookies. Come on motivation, I need to get back to the gym! Sadly. when the wind chill hits -20, I hit my blanket fort. 

(I'm apologizing now for the crazy hair, the wind was insane when these were taken.) 

To beat the winter blahs, I decided to put together a Deb Shops outfit with a pop of color. These hot pink pants are the solution to your snowy slump. They are such a fun color and they have an awesome fit. This black hooded vest is a cold weather essential. I've been wearing it over everything this week. To complete the look, I paired the vest and pants with a cream knit sweater, a buffalo print top (similar) and black quilted riding boots. To accessorize, I threw on a black statement necklace and this adorable black quilted handbag.

I hope you're all staying warm and toasty! I wish I was fireside, sipping a hot cocoa. I love when the snow comes, but I get so cold! I don't like having to bundle up, but the snow makes for a pretty winter wonderland scene. 

I'm loving the mixing textures trend for this fall/winter fashion season. This Charlotte Russe sweater has a fuzzy texture that makes the plain black color a bit more fun and as an added bonus it's super soft! 

I have some exciting news for you all. I've been invited to my first local blogging event by the beautiful and talented Amanda of Girl About Columbus.  I'm so excited to meet the other great bloggers living in my town. Deb Shops has the cutest cold weather gear! I can't get enough of their sweaters, boots and knit accessories! This aztec print duster cardigan was an amazing addition to my fall wardrobe. I've always loved aztec and nordic prints for autumn. To get the look, pair a printed sweater with a basic white blouse and black skinnies. Then accessorize with a knit turban head wrap and tan buckled booties. And these boots are my favorite boots of the moment. They have red stripes down the back where the zippers are! Such a nice touch.

Hey everyone--

Sweater weather is here and today I'm showing off one of my favorite sweaters. This cream and fuzzy Deb Shops sweater is extremely cozy and cute! I'm also loving the pale pink color trend for fall. It's such a surprise color for the cooler weather and it's always been a favorite shade of mine. These pink riding pants are comfy and the perfect pant for tucking into fall booties. To layer the outfit, I added a deep plum jacket to add a little more color to the look. & For shoes, I chose these adorable, tan booties because the color reminds me of yummy caramel candies.
